UPS Ground or
UPS Express,

preference. UPS
Express incurs

order receipt.

circumstances,
the shipping may
delayed to at

and are for
retail sales.

bulk purchases
(more than five
of a certain
edition) please

transactions, we

Express,
Discover,
Mastercard, and
Visa. If you
wish to pay by
check or money
order please

In some cases,
we may run out
of certain
items. In this
case we reserve
the right to
cancel your
order. We will
credit your
account with the
full amount
charged, and
attempt to
contact you with
any provided
information.

In the event of
fraudulent
orders or
software
malfunction we
reserve the
right to cancel
an order. We
will credit your
account for any
charges billed
by us, and
attempt to
contact you.

Once an order
has been
accepted there
are no refunds.

In the event of
an order
arriving
damaged, you may
return it to
KerrieDroban.com.
We will at our
discretion
either replace
the damaged
articles or
issue you a
credit for a
substitute
purchase. You
are responsible
for any
additional
shipping fees.
This must be
done within
seven days of
receipt. No
returns will be
accepted after
this period.
